Pure communication can feel wild, somewhat animal like. And with the nature of true authentic communication mixed with the climate of society, most exchanges end in discord rather than respect.



SOLUTION

This publication uses ping pong as a metaphor to play with the back and forth of healthy communication. It helps readers understand that when the “ball” is hit on their side (whether nice, mean, aggressive or passive), there are friendly, constructive, healthy ways to respond.
